| Responsibilities: | * To assist PM in monitoring Planning Process until issuance of Kebenaran Merancang. * To assist PM in liaising with all Consultants on submission to Authorities. * To assist PM on preparation of Tender Documents. * To assist PM in coordinating all meetings related to company projects. * To assist PM in monitoring progress on site until completion of works. * To assist PM for process in getting CCC, CMGD and FA. |

| Requirements: | * Diploma in Civil Engineering or related with minimum 1 year working experience. * Able to read the construction drawings, familiar with building and infra constructions work sequence. * Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Project and good in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc) * Excellence communication skill in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin as added advantage. * Strong leadership and good people management skill, effective communication - able to communicate with all level of people. * Must possess with own transport & willing to outstation. * Proactive, resourceful and able to align resources in meeting company¡¯s goal. * Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. |
